Person became disabled. Finally got SS Disability in Nov. No we won't negotiate, No we won't modify.  Only option DIL or Short Sale. Filed for foreclosure and sent DIL papers a week later with a 15 day response time --- response deadline the day after the foreclosure sale. Sent back in 10 days and their response -- Sent a complaint to the CFPB. Servicers respons -- We are "deeming" the paperwork incomplete. No its not incomplete ----we are deeming it incomplete so we can foreclose!!

Disabled person with no car and then give her 9 days to move. She lived their 14 years and had equity in her property. She is going to the media. Sounds like a bank "money grab"
