I found a vacant property in the same neighborhood of another house I tried to buy (but fell through) that is apparently managed by OCWEN. After speaking to neighbors and searching public records it seems that the owners had borrowed heavily and often against this property. There were two Lis Pendens filed in 2008 and the property was abandoned in the same year. But no other evidence that the Foreclosure was ever finalized in a judgement.
From reading this forum and others on the net, my chances that OCWEN will even speak to me are very slim. However, I am willing to be persistent if someone will lead me tthrough the process. My question is whom do I try to contact first? OCWEN? The owners? The attorneys of record from the Lis Pendens?
The taxes paid in 2014 were in excess of $5k, and the property appears to have some heavy damage on the inside. One would think after seven years, they would be motivated to get it off the books.
Suggestions please!

you'll need to get in touch with the owner(s). regardless of who they are as they are the only ones with the ability to sell.
