Outsourcing

I really have a problem communicating with OCWEN reps that are outsourced to India. Their comprehension of the English language is minimal. I send them numerous emails regarding a property & I cannot get my direct questions answered.....they go off the grid and answer a question irrelevant to what I have asked.....speaking directly to them is even worse. Any suggestions?

I just want to let you know you are not alone. I have been having the same problem. They kept telling me they wanted a cleaner copy of the est HUD but what they really wanted was the buyer's address on it. What a waste of a month. I left messages and sent emails to Ron Faris and Robert Kaltenbach with no luck in getting assistance.
