Investor approved - PMI approved - Ocwen Negotiator in S. Florida not following up

Hi,

 

  • Two weeks ago the pmi company approved the terms of our short sale.
  • Saturday the negotiator e-mailed me and told me the investor had approved the short sale that now he had to release the module....se cut and paste below.
  • We have a cash buyer ready to close.
  • The foreclosure sale date has been set for 9-16-10.
  • Every time I call I get his unreturned voice mail and I am currently e-mailing him like 5 times a day.
  • When I speak to customer care I am of course speaking to India and they always claim to have no information.
  • They also claim to not be able to escelate toa supervisor.
  • It seems outrageous to me that they are servicing for Fanni Mae or freddie Mac and they have investor approval, but they are slacking with the production of the actual short sale approval on their letter head. I have been waiting 90 days for this negotiator to work on the file.
  • Can anyone give me a good contact in South Florida to help me? I believe he is in the Fort Lauderdale area.

It was approved waiting on the module to be release .

Thanks for the info. Ron Faris's assistant placed me in contact with a supervisor and we are fine. They sent the letter within 5 minutes and we are closing tomorrow at 11 AM. The supervisor was very upset that we had escelated, but they were just letting the file slip. The foreclosure sale date was set for 9-16-10. I have serviced my seller. Thanks for everything!

FYI Just heard a tip when trying to avoid their India Call center. When first calling in request spanish operator, most if not all also speak english. Then request a supervisor. The calls do not get transfered to India where they read from a script.
