The last short sale I tried to do with Ocwen the servicing was being outsourced to another country...we all know who tha is. Every time I called I always got vmail. When someone finally did return my call they never left a message as to what they needed. All they said was who they were and what loan they were calling on.
The guy I was working with on the second told me he heard and I haven't tried this. He said, ask for someone who speaks spanish and they will transfer you back to the states. I'm interested to see if this works.
