Commissions on Ocwen
In the paperwork Ocwen puts out it states no more than 4%...is this true as 1 of mine just got sold to Ocwen...I used to get 6% out of them but that was years ago...what have you all seen?

If you put 8% commission on the pre hud they will tell you to drop it to 6% and you can still get 3% seller contribution. I was just approved in 30 days with this tactic.

Melissa, OCWEN told me 4% in April of this year and I held out for 6%. FYI - Told them "my broker won't discount the commission" and reminded it was because of my efforts they were getting a good net.

I just received a new approval from OCWEN and they are paying 6%. Maybe becasue they don't think it will close in that its an FHA loan and there are three weeks before a Trustee sale that they state in big bold letters on the top of the approval that they will not postpone.

Yeah mine says the same. I am useing an investor that is charging 2% for 60days while financing is finalized.
