Can anyone provide me with an blank copy of the Midland Mortgage Third Party Authorization form on Midland letterhead? They won't take mine and my seller no longer lives in the property where Midland mailed the authorization and does not have internet access to download the form from the mymidlandmortgage.com website.

I have a Short, that has been denied through Midland to be opened in FHA Short, due to Occupancy. The Homeowner is living there, and has been for the past 18 mos... I've opened a case with HUD directly, but have not heard back. Does anyone have any decent, upper level contacts with Midland?

Neil --did you get an escalation number? I need someone to force our negotiator to issue the approval letter so we can move on.

I was told on June 13 that our short sale had been approved --it is now July 12 and I still do not have the written approval letter! We had a closing scheduled for July 20 --looks like we aren't going to make it! Aghhhh!!! This has been months in the works --unresponsive negotiators --always some excuse! Today I was told by negotiator (for lack of a better word) that we were in the "pile on her desk" and she would get to us. Hope I never have to deal with Midland again!
