Just beginning the process.  Have a client who was sent  a letter asking him to participate in the short sale process.  Haven't had that happen before, but this is my first time with Merrill Lynch. Typically, with all my other short sales I have had to approach the bank to ask for a short sale.

Moving on from that however, after sending in the required docs to move the process forward, and reaching out to "Sonja" first by phone and then by email, have run in to the same "no response" tactic. Has anyone had a successful short sale with Merrill Lynch?
