BOA on first HomeEq on second just signed "Acknowledgement n Declaration Statement"

As a buyer, BOA just approved the sale but current owner has a second with HomeEq.

how much longer, am I close to finalizing the deal?

we have a date from BOA of the 15 of may.

How fast can they accept and will they settle from the set amount from the first?

any feed back will be greately appreciatted.

Been waiting since Nov. 09.

Dee. It sounds like you are getting close. My experiences with HomeEq have been good. My guess is HomeEq was offered $3,000 to release the lien so the transaction can close. It's hard to know the time lines without being involved in the transaction. Hang in there. I truly hope this works out for you.
