Beware they will only pay 5% total commission. If you are dual agent they only pay 4%. Here is big problem, licensed agent is purchasing house and HFC will not pay him a commission if he purchases. Have to call and tell him tomorrow. He might cancel after all the work I have done. They seem not to care if another company writes it up, but not buyer agent if he owns company and ask for co broke commission.
