HAFA Short Sale stalled with Flagstar need advice on who to contact.

I have been working on HAFA Short Sale with Flagstar since February.  On 8/17/2011 I received a counter offer from the lender with instructions should buyer accept then submit addedum to contract along with updated HUD with closing date no more than 2 months out which we submitted that day.  Since then I am told that the file is in review and no one can tell me anything more and I have had to submit another HUD with updated closing date as the one they have is expiring in 7 days.  They are not in compliance with HAFA timelines but they don't seem to care or worry about it. They tell me that if they pull the file from the "que" to discuss with me then I will loss my place in the "que" and will have to go to the back of the line.  I have been told countless times that I will be getting an email with approval and once someone did send email to management but I was not allowed to contact them myself.

If someone can offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated as I have fallen into Flagstars black hole and need help getting out of this or someone to report Flagstar to and escalate the file.
