Where can I find the Freddie Mac guidelines to be accepted into the HAFA program? I was told that per Freddie guidelines, if you submit a short sale with an offer to your services, you automatically are denied HAFA.... comments? Thanks in advance.

Servicer's are switching over to the new Freddie Mac Standard Short Sale/HAFA II. You may want to check and re-check with the Servicer you are dealing with.

However .. things are changing come Nov 1st.
My understanding has been, that Freddie,will not consider HAFA after an offer has been obtained?
Is this hopefully chaning?
