It's weird they didnt extend this where non-GSE's got extended!! Don't you think?

Smitty - It is weird. Maybe it has to do with the FHFA audit from earlier this year OR from the November 1 policy change, where they think they are being more helpful or.... ?

I got the notice from BofA of a 12/31/12 cut off date for Fannie and Freddie HAFA short sales. The HAFA website say 12/31/13. What is so now?
