Both sellers are active duty deployed to different countries serving and protecting the USA and I can't get anywhere with this file. My collection contact point has requested short sale twice and they short sale dept keeps telling me they can't see it. Anyone have a contact for anyone at Greentree that has any authority in the short sale dept. They had a complete package in May and then closed it June 3rd for missing documents that were confirmed they had received. It been now 7 weeks and they still can't open the file. I talked to Kelly in SS dept at Greentree and when I started to tell her about the file she said "Let me just stop you right there" and a very rude and it not my job so why should I care attitude. Could it be possible that Greentree has one employee in the ss dept who cares.
I am even getting emails and calls from the united states dept of congressional affairs because they think they sellers are not cooperating. PLEASE can anyone help?

Hi, I would also recommend escalating to seller's congress person. It really is very easy. Go to website for congress person and download the privacy consent form. It asks all kinds of questions about what federal agency you have a problem with, but I fill in bank name and loan info. I then fill out the form with all the details and dates of when documents have been sent and phone calls made. Sellers need to sign and then email to congress person. Their should be someone in their office that handles this kind of stuff. Usually when I escalate to a congress person, the bank stars paying attention and sometimes they won't quit calling you.
