I have a file that I have been working on for over 18 months now. It was originally with Bank of America and they have pulled so much BS on me. First they accepted an offer in Equator and then placed another asset manager on the file who said the other person made a mistake and the offer was to low. Now right when I had completed uploading documents to Equator in hopes of giving them what they wanted they transferred the file to Greentree. After waiting days to get the file in the system from the transfer and then faxing in a new authorization the homeowner gets a foreclosure notice for June 13. I am being told that the foreclosure can not be postponed without an approval letter. Is there something I can do to stop this foreclosure?

I feel your pain and can not guarantee results, but we DID stop 3 foreclosures last week (no games or grey area, just got the right person on the phone)
If you have an offer on the property, it should be the same case here, just need the right person at the bank to listen.

and we can reach out to some of our contacts about stopping this.
Thanks Ben. I sent you an email.
