Dear All
I have been reading through the blog and only found our dear Pamela Walsh who so generously gave us names of the executive part of GMAC. Does anyone have actual phone numbers or email addresses. Does anyone have names of the Director of Loss Mitigation or Recovery, or Asset Management?
I am 6 weeks into a short sale with GMAC and getting no where. Shuffled on from one supervisor to the next. No BPO ordered, no negoitator! Can anyone help??? Thanks

I have an AWESOME contact at GMAC. Our loan was a second, and we have received approval already.

Please don't abuse the contact info - we want this to stay a good contact.
We just closed a 1st and 2nd (that was charged off) with GMAC. Initially it was very frustrating getting offer looked at - that fax is like a black hole - so is the 800 number! Offer was faxed 3 times....
Finally, I sent out a desperate letter to multiple random emails and was directed to a Supervisor. Supervisor called me right away and provided a direct contact. Once I got the negotiator we got written approval on 1st within 48 hrs. and received approval for full 6% commission and payoff to the 2nd. Additionally GMAC agreed to payoff settled in full. Negotiator was great assisting on the 1st but would not give any assistance regarding negotiator/info on 2nd.... so I sent out another random email and quickly got a hold of a "Team Lead". He is awesome!! He had me email him copies of everything, assigned 2nd to correct negotiator and within 1 day we had written approval on the 2nd.
I have several really helpful negotiators emails, fax numbers and direct number to Team Lead of Loss Mitigation/Recovery Dept. but not sure I should post all as I don't want to abuse their generosity as several really went out of way to help.... may have to use them again in future.
With that said, if you (or anyone else) want to contact me, I would be happy to provide the contact info and help you any way I can. BTW - they didn't do anything on Equator - it was all done via email/fax. Some of them use a specific log-in site for messages/documents.
