HAFA Participation by GMAC 2nd TD

Hello All,

Has anyone gotten GMAC to agree to participate in HAFA on a 2^nd TD (it has recently been sent to recovery)? The GMAC rep is claiming that they do not participate in HAFA period (we have heard this same song and dance from both Chase and BAC on stand-alone second TDs). The first TD (Litton Loan Servicing) is about to issue a HAFA approval on our first TD. Any success stories would be greatly appreciated.
