GMAC/Ditech on 2nd and ultra short time frame for COE
We got approval on the second and they gave us 3 weeks to close - or else.
How strong is their "or else"? My buyer had incorrect entry on credit report which was cleared up, but has delayed everything to get rapid rescore.

Is there a posted foreclosure date for this property? I think the 2nd is just yanking your chain.

BAC on the first gave us until June 8, but GMAC/Ditech said May 24 or else they're pulling offer. I hope it is
just a "yanking chains" thing. My buyer has spent money on inspections etc - just to have an error in the
credit report belonging to someone else - keep him from closing on the May 24 date - delay at most is just couple
2-3 days. -
