GMAC & Equator

I have been working on a GMAC 2nd for a while now.  Yesterday morning, I entered into Equator the last bit of information.  I went in last night and everything, including previous messages to previous negotiator, are all gone.  Anyone have any ideas of what may have happened?

If they are waiting on one item and it is overdue-- I have had them cancel it all together on me.

They had asked for the items on New Years Day and canceled it the next day.

I recogonized a few weeks ago that messages I had entered in Equator were removed or values were changed.  Knowing that I had not been mistaken, I started to print everything I entered, just for my file.  Interesting how the banks can play both sides of the fence.  My advice, print everything you enter or try to save it as a PDF in your file.   Good Luck

I had a similar situation.  Contact Equator and the Bank...I was able to get one back on.....Happened 1.5 years ago.  Can't remember how I did it, however.
