Greetings,
I am currently trying to process a GMAC short sale and have left messages for the short sale negotiator multiple times over the last 3 business days, including calling the Executive Escalation Phone Number, where I was told by the rep I spoke with that they would e-mail her to reach out to me. There is currently a scheduled foreclosure date for tomorrow I'm trying to get postponed. Very frustrating that I can't get a response from the negotiator or anyone else that can make a decision.
Any other escalation phone numbers, e-mails or tips that have worked for other folks? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

who is the negotiator?
I won't name names, though I just spoke with the Escalation Department again and the rep I spoke with stated that the sale date will not be postponed due to the Short Sale Package not be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled sale date. I don't know why the previous CRMs or escalation rep I spoke with couldn't tell me the same.
I understand their policy, but how hard is it to review a complete SS package. No piece meal, everything is there, seems like they could postpone the sale date 2 weeks to at least do a preliminary analysis and BPO. Now they will be netting quite a bit less than what they could have, will be paying additional trustee/attorney fees, have to evict a homeowner with a ton of personal property and repair a number of items. Lose-Lose situation instead of win-win.
