Anyone have a contact at the GMAC loan mod department?

Hi everyone, I have a client who is in a temporary loan mod and keeps sending them the info they are requesting for a perm mod, but they keep losing it. Big surprise. I am trying to see if anyone has a contact at GMAC that he can contact since he cannot get anyone to respond to him and he is trying to work out a permanent mod.
