Chase has had my client's file for months and is now telling me that they did not have "sufficient time" to request a postponement. I was told to call 1800-Freddie. I can not get anyone to answer the phone. I emailed Freddie hoping they respond. Sale date is July 30th. We have a strong offer and the entire short sale package is complete with Chase. Any suggestions?

Have you tried  Chase escallations? 877-496-5025  They have helped me in the past
