Is there a specific third party authorization form that we need to speak with Freddie Mac regarding a client's file, or can we submit the standard third party auth that we sent in to seller's servicer (US Bank)?  I have a file that has been opened with US Bank since June of this year with no response from US Bank.  It was a chore just to get a BPO completed and to get a negotiator assigned on the file.  I receive minimal "Generic" updates from a Mortgage Point that basically just leaves me one-line voicemails to ask if "All my questions were answered" (Can I have this job?).  Our BPO came in high and I faxed over comps, etc to dispute this.  We have been stuck at "We are reviewing the BPO Dispute" for almost 2 months now.  What's more, the lender denied my client for HAFA stating their income to mortgage payment ratio was below 31% when it is clearly at 38%.  Any thoughts on how to contact Freddie Directly would be much appreciated.  Has anyone had any luck escalating files with Freddie Mac that in turn force the servicer to move faster?

Thanks!!
