Call 1800-FREDDIE, they have been a tremendous help to me.

I just had the person who sits behind the [email protected] email address help me tremendously. She saved my deal. Just call the borrower outreach number at 800-373-3343 and press option 2 - you will reach her - I'm just sorry I did not get her name or perhaps she purposely didn't give it to me so i couldn't post her info on forums like this one. :)
