Trustee Sale Date

I have a file I have been working on since March 2010, For 5 months they have said they are only working on files with a sale date. Then they changed everything in August and I had to resubmit the file again. They now move the package through file review then move it processing? The deadline for that step was 9-3-2010. My client got the Trustee sale notice on 9-3-2010. A call to Flagstar to escalate the file was met with "we dont escalate" They cant do anything untill 9-16, the sale date is the 23rd. For so many months they wouldnt look at it because no sale date, now there is a date and they still wont do anything. Anyone have any higher ups phone numbers?

Esculating a file wasn't much help to me with Flagstar, as I was just sent back to my rep at the bank who know nothing, and did nothing (until I filed a grievance with HUD on the bank)!! Mine was a FHA loan. The HUD caseworker got something done for me with Flagstar, and I'm sure the only reason the offer ever got any attention...

The entire bank seems to have a rule to ignor the short sale files...VP's included! Seems to me a DIL is the only thing Flagstar will consider.

No phone numbers, but here are 3 email addresses. CEO, CFO and Loss Mitigation Supervisor. I am working on a Flagstar VA deal and had a similar experience. I had to send a flaming email in order to get them to extend the sale date. They are very difficult to deal with. Make sure your numbers make sense and state your case.

I SENT the above emails and Jason responded quickly with an auction postponement. It's not a short sale yet. Client got approved for a loan mod but the mod doesn't provide much savings.
