Does anyone have an email address or direct phone number for a Flagstar loss mitigation supervisor. I have been trying for the past 3 weeks leaving message after message fo my assigned specialist and to date this person has called back. Wen I call Flagstar loss mit all they say is my request is in Que that i should be called in 24-48 hours. It very very frustrating. Can anyone help?
Have you asked for the assigned specialists supervisor or a floor manager?
Oh yes Have left over 10 messages for a supervisor, However I did find out that Flagstar short sales are handled by Loan Care, which explains the delay in response
