What to submit as a short sale package to First Horizon
i am getting a short sale with a $1m 1st from First horizon and a $650k second from citi. what are the needed docs to submit to the bank to put off the trustees sale later at teh end of this month???

I have used listing packet that you can buy on the site and an offer and it worked fine. I had them hand delivered to there Dallas office. The short sale was complete. The package was delivered 3 days before the Trustee Sale.

Ryan. The number one thing you need is a buyer. Without a buyer and a binding purchase agreement you will be dead in the water. Nothing else matters at this point. Price the property well below market and try to create a biding war. Accept the best deal you can get and then submit a complete short sale package to the lender.
The seller also needs to seek legal advice asap. There are things attorneys can do to postpone the foreclosure that we can't -
