We've been struggling with First Horizon for more than 6 months and 3 buyers. They have apparently changed over their systems and have lost our file, contract, HUD etc more than once and then sent a denial of short sale letter to the seller saying they were denying it because they didn't receive the HUD and contract! Prior to that the seller received a letter from Nectar, Inc, saying they had been authorized by the lender to begin the foreclosure proceedings (no date)
Finally succeeded in getting file reactivated but they said it can take another 15 days to review. About to lose current buyer. Seller called Nectar and was told they will be scheduling auction sometime in June.
Any suggestions from the Brain Trust? I see someone else reached out to the CEO but I can't locate his email address. Wopuld you suggest i go to VA?
Thanks in advance!

I think First Horizon is privately owned by the Scott family (from what I can tell). I tried to email David Scott -- 214.441.4000 [email protected], but it kept kicking back to me. I am trying other variations and will post if I get it right.
When you request 'escalation' from the "customer service" rep, all they do is email THEIR supervisor, which goes no where. Any time you can't get a hold of your negotiator, call the main # and ask to SPEAK to a Manager.
