Is the RMA part of a FHA short sale package

I am working on a FHA short sale with Bank of America. Bank of America sent the owner a RMA form to fill out. Would that be the correct form?

Hi Robin.

Yes, B of A will ask for the RMA to process the Loan Mod Review. After the Loan mod is declined and forwarded to the short sale dept,, the sellers will complete an "FHA Welcome Package" for the short sale review. The loan mod and short sale are 2 separate processes :-)
