National Quick Sale & Everhome sever ties
I'm early on in the process of a short sale with National Quick Sale and was told this a.m. that they will no longer be servicing new Everhome short sales. At this point Everhome says this applies to new short sales. However, National Quick Sale is unsure of whether it applies to only new short sales or all short sales. Worried, since I haven't been assigned a negotiator.

Oh man, just what we need, more confusion! I just started my first Everhome short sale last week. I called to get the correct number to fax the authorization letter to. Called today to see if they had it in their system yet so I could start talking, and was told I faxed it to the wrong number. Which was the number they gave me last week, Here we gooooooooooo! Let the games begin!
