Everhome as a 2nd Mortgage on a short sale
I have a client who, like many these days is selling their home as a short sale, has two mortgages, and a full priced offer.
The first bank is on board, but Everhome appears to be dragging their feet, the file keeps getting reassigned, misplaced, and frequent updates are requested - how can I escalate this file with everhome?

I've had Everhome twice and I HATE them...even FNMA grumbled and said "typical" when they learned EH wasn't doing their job. If the investors are FHA, FNMA, or Freddie, skip to them.
