Citimortgage Second Deed of Trust

Hi All,

has anyone had any experience with Citimortgage as a second deed of trust? If so what % did they demand? I just had a short sale with AHMSI close and they wanted 10%. Any help is appreciated.

Does Citi still have the second? 'Cause they sold mine.
