Citi Bank Foreclosed on a Property in a Neighborhood I like
The property was forclosed upon in Janruary, and has not been put back on the Market since. Is it possible for me the buyer to call into Citi Bank and see if their looking to sell the property? Are the banks open to being solicited directly by buyers? Looking for some crafty advice.

It is not easy but can be done. If you call in, ask for teh "asset manager", he/she can guide you in the right direction.
The issue you may run into, depedning on who the investor is on the property, may INSIST on the home hitting the public market. If this is the caes, you may have a tough road.
If you can find out who the listing company will be, tell them you want the home and can close quickly in order to have the best shot!!! -
