Unprofessional Loan Mod employee has taken our file hostage....please help!! Senior level contacts needed.

We have a luxury short sale $2mil plus. A bank employee in the loan mod dept. has take a HOLD of this file. They are asking for ridiculous cash from Seller and an insane sales price. We need a Senior Level contact!! We are under the deadline of a foreclosure and a strange employee. Any contact or info is great appreciated. This employee has had questionable ethics towards our client. Please help! Thank you...
