What do you mean by participate? Does the borrower meet the HAFA guidelines? We've had a couple of Chase HAFA approvals.
Hello Kyle,

Chase wanted my client to opt out of the HAFA program. He met the guidelines.

Thank you,

Julie
I don't understand that. Does he occupy the property? It's either that the investor does HAFA or doesn't. They can't just tell him to opt out. Review the HAFA guidelines and send them to Chase to review if necessary. Am I missing something?
Hi Kyle,

He occupies the home. He was not eligible for HAMP. The negotiator requested a letter stating seller is opting out of the HAFA program. I will send him the guidelines and I thank you for all your help.

Why was he not eligible for HAMP? Does he make too much money?
