CHASE Short Sale File Tracking System?

Hello Superstars!  I've heard CHASE has instituted a process where you can check up on files.  It is supposed to help with transparency.  Any idea what it is called and how to access it?

I really need help with a file.  We have CHASE on the 1st and 2nd and we have been getting the run around for almost a month at this point.

I thought I heard awhile back the Chase is going to use Equator (sometime)...

A month is nothing.  Keep on calling, and ask when it was be assigned to a negotiator.  Usually takes about 6 weeks.

Oh I wish they did....the Negotiator I am currently working with says all communication is to be done over the phone or by fax. No email or anything.

Myself...I think it's so that they don't leave a papertrail until they issue a short sale approval in writing.

I was just going to ask if anyone knows when Chase is going to Equator?  That sure is a great system for documenting everything, which makes it alot easier when escalating as everyone can see the attempted contacts.  I'm going to a Chase meeting next week and will ask the question there too.
