Chase on Equator now?

I was just told by a CHASE person that they use Equator now... When I go to Equator to initiate new sale, I don't see CHASE's name on the drop down menu... Are they called something else ther than Chase?

I tried to call the bank back to ask, but being Monday, all I get is busy signals.. Trying desperately to stop a foreclosure 5-20 for a client and every second counts here..

Any one have an answer here?

Last one I did was faxed in then they put it into equator later.

Hello Tracy,

Fax in the autho, listing and if you have an offer, that as well and call back so they have assign the Equator to your account. They do not have a drop down in Equator

You still have to send the complete package in.

I was told to send the listing agreement and ATR and they would open the file.

When I called in they said they needed the complete package and they would reach out, however I am not going to wait for them to call I will call and verify the package is in and ask them to open in EQ..

I'm working a 2nd with Chase in Equator now - but they created it and invited me into the transacton.

Chase will enter it into equator, but at this point you have a slim chance of initiating an postponing a foreclosure in the same week.
