I NEED HELP!! I have a short sale with Charles Schwab. We submitted 3 offers on this property in Dec. In Jan, we submitted 2 more. End of Jan, we asked for the file to be escalated. They said it was done, but we find out first part of March, that it hasn't. They are now escalating again. They say it's in the "staging" stage which means they have everything they need from the Seller. We had the foreclosure date postponed in Jan and another one is coming up April 1. Does anyone have a higher up contact number, like the President of the company? This is totally ridiculous! An appraisal or BPO have never been ordered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
