Good Afternoon All - 

I have a short sale approval from Cenlar - unfortunatlye it has expired and we need an extension.

Cenlar actually US mailed the approval letter to the seller and it took 2+ weeks to get the approval letter.

We now need an extension to get this to the settlement table and I have making no progress with this request. I have left numerous messages with the short sale dept of Cenlar -  

Does anyone have a contact at Cenlar who can help escalate this? A Manager/ supervisor or someone who will actually take a phone call and help with this extension.
