Does anyone have a contact name and number for a superviser at CCO? I cannot get anyone to answer any questions regarding the account and they always just tell me someone will call me back. And no one ever does. Thet have all documents needed for the short sale and have for 3 weeks.

Thanks

Hi Patrick - did you get a contact name/number for someone at CCO?  I'm just starting to work on a SS with CCO as the 2nd.  Did you get an approval?  Thanks for any info you can provide.
I could never get anyone to call me back, and last Friday CCO charged off the loan and sent it to asset recovery department. CCO's loss mitigation department is absolutely horrible. I did get to talk to someone in asset recovery that gave me an amount to take back to the first with, but wants a promissory note for the remainder from seller. And since CCO drug this out so long, this first holder closed my file and now I am told it will be at least a month before I have an answer about the figure from the second. Its like beating your head against wall.

Please help me. I need the contact to CCO manager or VP. I am trying to do short sale for 4 months with them.

So far I did not get anywhere. I follow up very second day and ask what docs they need. The answer is that they did not receive doc or docs are not readable. It goes on and on.

I do not know a number for a manager. Every time a ask to speak to someone higher up, I would be sent to a voicemail that was full and unable to leave a message. What CCO is trying to do is wait until the mortgagee is over 180 days late and then they will send it to their collections department and then demand a repayment agreement from mortgagee. This is their game and it stinks. They sat on my file for 60 days so it would go to collections.

We're currently negotiating a short sale with a CCO mortgage... We're about 45 days into it and are told it was JUST assigned to a negotiator. All I have is a first name - no email addres, no direct phone number... I'm told it will take another 1 to 2 months for review and response. Any suggestions from those of you who've dealt with CCO regarding tips to expedite this process? Thanks!

If you need to escalate something at CCO Mortgage, call 401-456-7000 and speak to the Priority Response Department.

Do you know if this number currently works? I am going to have to escalate the file for this 2nd
