BSI has the second mortgage for $35,000. 1st mortgage is approved but is only giving $3500.00 to BSI.
BSI wants $13,000 !! The seller is broke. Struggling to even feed his family. I finally got the buyer to give
$2500 to get us up to $6000 which seems more than fair. BSI denied and closed the file. Does anyone
have any good contacts I can harrass :) I am having a hard time believing the investor would prefer ZERO
$$$$ instead of $6k.
