Does BB&T have a specific short sale package or just the generic usual documents?

Best number to call is 1-800-827-3722 press option 4 and speak to loan consultant -- Verify where you should send the packages -- Some loans will be State Specific! Most if not all junior liens will be State Specific -- Once you have sent the package to the correct party use the same 800 number but dial ext 28422 to follow up and for updates!

BB&T short sales have been murderously difficult. They want soft paper from the seller.
