That is happening with me, too, Elizabeth. They are all getting service released, or part of them if there are two liens. It's a real pain, especially when they tell you the new service will pick right up and use the existing documents. Right.

Thanks for that update, Wendy. I wonder if BofA is laying everybody off in the SS dept because soon as a SS is about to be approved, either the loan is sold or the servicing is transferred. I haven't seen a BoA approval letter for a long time. We were also on the verge of approval with FHA, HUD approved it but BofA had not, and they sold the loan to a conventional investor. That's one way to solve the BofA FHA nightmare.

Can someone give me the correct phone#  or FAX# to submit an FHA Bank of America short sale package? (Equator doesn't accept FHA SS for BofA) Customer Care is worthless. ughhh...

Bulletin from Bank of America. They will no longer support, apparently, calls to their "Customer Care" department as of April 15.

Forms on Bank of America Agent Resource Center are not matching what the negotiator sent us today - beware. These forms may not be updated!  I am going to Twitter Escalate it.

Yes, Bank of America had a recent change in processing VA Compromise Sales. They now are entered into Equator.

BJ, normally, inserted language comes in from the SS affidavit for the deed( ie Fannie Mae). I've not had Bofa ask me to have any listing language specifically from them. They do however have buyer required forms that you'll want to make sure you pull down and are ready to give to buyers agent when offer comes in.
