Relocation assistance question

Seller's here, finally closed on our hose today after a year trying (FHA Pre-Foreclosure).

There is a line on the HUD-1 we signed for: "Relocation assistance $2098.28"

But last line "Cash to seller" is $0.00.

Are we supposed to receive a check for $2098.28 directly from BOA ?(or anything at all? was not expecting receiving anything anyways).

The relocation assistance would be paid to you by the title company and/or closing attorney.

It will not be on the last line of the HUD-1.  It will be in the 500 level of the HUD.  Take a look and see if is there.  You should get a check for that amount if in fact the assistance was approved

Thanks yes relocation is on level 500 (507).

Nice surprise then, will be waiting for the check (guess they will send it couple days after closing?) :)
