Tried to initiate a new short sale today via Equator for a multi family property. Property was purchased as an investment and has never been owner occupied. I was doing fine inputting info into Equator until it asked when it last occupied by homeowner. There is no N/A...they require you to fill in a date. Has anyone else run into this issue when working in Equator for multi-family short sales? Thanks!!

I've just been making up a random date if they never occupied.
Thanks Kevin!
Appreciate the info Estella!
Get used to it at BOA. I just pick some date way in the past. And, on the offer form, I usually pick 2/14/1999 for the buyers' birthdates, 0% interest being paid by the buyer, etc. I think BOA is trying to develop a sense of humor in the agents. Why else would they ask for things like percentage of commission in dollars and cents? Those guys and their pranks. ;-)
