Coop short sale approved from start to finish in less two months in Durham!
Coop short sale with bank of amercia.1106 Golden Crest in Durham NC just received short sale approval to close June 1st.
This home went under contract on April 5th 2012. The process was pretty quick this time we had a great negotiator with BOA Cleo Mora!
Seller is happy as they will receive $2500.00 at closing and buyer cannot believe how quick and smooth is went as he had heard some horror stories in the past regarding short sales!

EVERY lender should have a program like Co-op! Not sure who your 3rd party was...mine was UTLS (which has since changed names to AMO) but they moved on the file, got things done in a timely manner and were easy to work with. BAC's Co-Op program should be instituted for every lender!!!
