Be prepared to have the short sale outsourced to PowerReo. Here's their agreement

Hi Pam,

That has not happen to me.
Is this something they asked on one of your files?

Has anyone had a short sale approval come back from AHMSI, requiring the buyer to pay them a 1% fee for their third party negotiator?

Excuse me! I am so sorry for confusion! :):)

Below is what I meant. :)

"I respectfully disagree with Melissa, in my dealing with AHMS, the loss mit manager was not help at all.

AHMS negotiators can have a pretty nasty attitude.
They are completely overwhelmed but that doesn't justify some of the behavior.

I respectfully disagree with Lilian, in my dealing with AHMS, the loss mit manager was not help at all.
Not even the escalation department is any help. The escalation Dept is somewhere is Cali and the loss mit department is in Florida.
The only thing the escalation department does is send an email the the negotiators that is already NOT doing anything on your file..

Lillian, I apologize for the late response.

Ask to speak with a team manager. They are very good at getting things moving.
