VA Short sale with BOA

Hi all,

I'm about to start my first VA short sale with BoA.

 

I am close to completing my first FHA SS with BoA. FHA required a decent amount of special docs to be signed by the borrower.

 

I'm wondering if VA requires special docs to be signed by the borrower also?

 

My seller is a truck driver and I want to get anything I need signed/filled out by him as he's leaving the state tomorrow.
