Servicer Guidelines for Compromise Sale

Does anyone have a copy of a current servicer guide for VA Compromise sales? Having issues with Navy Fed cutting commissions and some standard fees claiming the VA allows them to..... when speaking with the VA, they state otherwise. Navy Fed is requesting that we send them something in writing showing regarding the commission and fees from the VA. We have done a ton of VA short sales and this is the first time we have had commissions and title insurance cut.
