Does anyone have contact info to escalate a file with United Guarantee? I have a file approved by servicer and they are asking seller to sign note for $23,000 and bring $6,500 cash to closing. Sellers have $1,600 in checking account and a few hundred in savings on the last bank statement.
The offer is $11,000. above the appraisal done by the loan servicer (Midland mtg).
Sellers income has been cut by 40%.
United Guarantee say because the Seller moved out and now it's investment property (purchased as a residence) that they need to bring cash to close.
My Seller has offered $500 cash and a note for $1,500. Haven't had a response yet but would like management to see that the hardship is genuine and this sale is as much as they could hope for.
Thanks to anyone who can help.
